"5 STARS all the way! I am so pleased and so ready to say -- this firm,,,2 individuals were awesome! Personally I achieved OVER 38 years as a Supervisor& Manager in call centers. I believe that I recognize what customer service is. They not only met my expectations, they exceeded them. I contacted them and we met soon after on a day and time .... after I got home from work. They came out to view and measure what I wanted done. They listened and provided guidance and direction, all if an effort to realize a successful job. They left and by that evening sent me an estimate. I confirmed. They came over with paperwork to solidify the job.. I met these guys only a few times but I had confidence in them to buy all the materials based on my needs and wants. (I wanted to have these items done before another contractor comes to install new flooring in June,) An example of their following through to the end. My vanity counter in the bathroom --- i wanted to replace. They purchased all the materials at Home Depot. In the store as well as when the brought the counter top here, There was a HAIR LINE crack that went from the faucet hole to the basin. They called me in and asked if I saw a crack in the piece, NO i saw no crack .. He used light beam and scanned the vanity top, There was a HAIR LINE approx 8". inches long. Unbelievable. Returning to H.D. they got another. Look at it and it looked fine. When they went to take it out of the box, the packaging foam was stuck to a corner, Took a dollar coin piece out!! They knew that this H.D. had no more in stock. They found one at another H.D. They went there to retrieve it. Once back - job was completed. They were very timely .. when they said they would be here, they were. They took all the material and old pieces out. I had a dumpster at my complex. All done. When you make your phone call and they are on the list...make them your FIRST call. You will find that no others need to be contacted. NOTE: they called me the next day to inquire if I had any issues! NO, I had none."

"What a great team I had. First Jim on electrical was terrific two new outlets each on their own circuit installed, very neat and professionally done. Next came the installation crew of Tim and Dan, these two are machines. They got right to work trenching the perimeter and then installing the drainage channel. Start to finish job completed in roughly six hours. Job site was left cleaner than I expected when dealing with concrete dust. Won’t know how it all works until water table rises but very impressed with the quality of the work and the people doing it. Thanks to all of you again."

"We cannot say enough good about Dylan, Seth and Tim. 3 very hard workers. Lifting heavy heavy loads of concrete and stone up my and down my cellar and porch steps. They never stopped for breaks. Great workers. Respectful and pleasant and knew their job requirements. Very careful with doors, floors etc It?s a messy job. ThankYou"

"I hired Jerry initially to install a new driveway. Not only was he fast and efficient he has a good eye for detail he is a perfectionist. He exceeded my vision of what I initially wanted and the project was completed far exceeded my expectations. I found him to be so knowledgeable I hired him to do additional work on my house. He remodeled my bathroom, installed and wired a washer dryer , installed new lighting in my kitchen that came out amazing, Installed a electric stove, built a 14 foot deck and did various landscaping projects around the property to solve my flooding problems. Jerry has years of experience and was also able to build me a custom screen door , and was able to easily solve any issues that occurred. He is not only professional and friendly I would without question hire him again for future projects ."

"I would like to give a big shout out to Todd and his crew especially Nick I dealt with him over the weekend he was very friendly and knowledgeable I’ve used this company before and would not hesitate to call them again"

"Mr. LaPierre and his helper unclogged two very stubborn bathroom drains. The sink and bathtub drains were  very slow
and needed expert, professional help. They were prompt and efficient. We had taken the offer for the tub drain but the sink drain also needed work for the system to function. They unclogged the line and I am very happy with the result. We first met A Real Plumber when we had an emergency leak in the basement and he was at our neighbor's house on another call. He has always done good work for us."

"They were very courage cleaned up the area real nice."
