"Friendly, professional and trustworthy! Everything you want from a cleaning service. - Jack"

"Based on reviews I read about Bau Services, I decided to hire him to clean the carpet in my living room, small office area, 2 hallways and 1 bedroom. Moreover, I was glad that I did! Every step of the process he explained what he was doing. He started by vacuuming the entire apartment, after doing that he pre-treated every surface and then worked that solution into the fibers with a bristle like broom. Bau uses the best cleaning solution in the deep extraction carpet cleaning machine. Who does this: Bau does, every step of the way during the cleaning process, Bau would stop to show me his progress to ensure that I was happy; which I was. I am pleased to say that my carpet through the apartment looks brand new. I'm a happy customer and I unequivocally recommend Bau Services."

"This is the third year D M has come to clean our carpets. From appointment call to the carpet cleaning, they are friendly, professional, and always deliver good service. And, the price is right!"

"Dom was on time, very polite, took his time and did a great job cleaning my carpets which look and smell great. He also cleaned my wood floors and sofa which came out excellent as well. Everything looks good as new!"

"Keith was accommodating, honest, professional, reliable and most of all the floor looked brand new when he was done."

"Westchester Professional Cleaning Service, LLC has been nothing short of a blessing for our family. Sandra and her team helped us tackle a major clean-out of my grandfather’s basement and first floor after he passed away in 2022 — an emotional and overwhelming task — and they handled everything with professionalism, compassion, and care. Having experts step in during such a difficult time truly lifted a heavy weight from our shoulders. Beyond that initial deep clean, we now use their biweekly service and they continue to impress. Communication has always been excellent, they work efficiently, leave everything spotless and organized, and are consistently respectful of our home. Their attention to detail is outstanding, and their pricing is very fair for the level of service they provide. I cannot recommend Sandra and her team enough — they didn’t just clean our home, they made it easier to move through. Truly exceptional service from wonderful people. I highly recommend!"

"They came on time and did an excellent job. They cleaned and re-caulked and re-grouted a moldy stall shower. They also put in a new tile floor. I realized that they did not complete a small section and they came back the next day and finished it."

"Julien did amazing job ! Very helpful & professional: he had to come to Long Island from NJ & he was worth hiring ; the tub ; the rust issue in the drain was all cleaned up & reglazed like new ! He caulked around the tub & did an amazing job !"

"Jean was professional and worked hard to get our carpets clean including in the entrance way and rid ALL the stains. The rugs, including one that is slightly off white, look brand new."
