"This company was so professional and honest which in this time and age is very rare. These guys are so good at what they do that they could ve said they been in business for 50 years and I would have believed them but instead he told me they were fairly a new company with less than 5 years . I Loved and appreciate that honesty. About the work and the quality of the sun setter awning SECOND TO NONE unbelievable I m so happy it came out so beautiful and secure which I was concerned because I purchased a really big 20 by 12 awning. Very solid and sturdy. Once again I thank you Guys from SHOOK AWNING till the next time I have a project or any of my family, friends and colleagues. Thank you so much"

"They installed my first awning 14 years ago. I had them back to replace the canvas. Super job, some product."

"It all started out well after purchase of the initial Angie's list deal.  We promptly agreed on a date and a gentlemen came to measure and start the paperwork. Install date was set for 11/5/15. On 11/4, I was called about setting an install date.  My response was I already had one for the next day. Long story short, the company did not bother to tell me they had cancelled my appointment, they just acted like I never had one.  It was as though one side of the business did not know what the other side was doing. Since I made arrangements to be home on the 5th, I was not happy.  We finally settled on the 12th and the installation went smoothly enough.  However after completion, I noticed the installers had broken a piece of moulding in front of the patio door.  I know they realized they cracked it because they used clear caulk as a fix. I called the company and they said they would replace.  As of 11/30, the moulding still has not been replaced even though I was told the installer was picking up molding on 11/17.
I will say the person who came to measure and the lady who did the follow-up calling were professional. However, I can't say the same for the install side. The contact person was nice enough but he did not contact me to say the install was cancelled and to me it's taking way too long to replace the molding the installers broke.  I view it as a lack of integrity to cover up breaking the piece and not bothering to say anything to me.  The patio door is beautiful and I had planned to purchase a front door from them but have changed my mind.
