On delivery day, contacted around noon for ETA, after long wait time was told they would call me back. No call back but a text three hours later that it should be here shortly. I asked how shortly and they said dispatched confirmed it has been delivered. It was delivered but to the wrong address. Upon another phone call, and long wait, was told nothing could be done until the next day, despite only being 3pm. No customer service or even slight effort to correct the mistake or make it right. Extremely disappointing especially with the great, smooth start to the transaction. Be aware that customer service is not a priority once payment has been received."
