"After my 1st meeting with John I knew that I would choose him for my bathroom reno. He responds quickly, shows up when promised..(on time) and immediately understood my vision. Instead of telling me how difficult the job would be....he assured me he could handle it all!! He emailed me a drawing the next day and explained the process.
