We are a brush removal, Forestry mulching, land clearing, under brushing, fence and property line clearing company. We will create or bring back excess to your property that was lost over the year do to overgrown brush, saplings and trees up to 10 inch in diameter but not limited to. We turn it all into mulch that decomposes, giving back to your property and keeping costs down. We match, we beat and sometimes we Crush competitors estimates. Simply because of our mulching equipment is more cost effective than a crew of guys clearing it all by hand. Visit aaabrushcontrol.com

"As well, if not better than we had imagined. He was able to cover more ground quicker than imagined and did a fantastic job. His communication ahead of time was clear and concise, and responsive. We can't thank him enough for the time it saved us at and how usable the property is now. He periodically checked to make sure things were how I wanted it. He thankfully let me down a few small trees while he worked a distance away to save myself time and allow for a better cleanup. He didn't have to and some contractors might not. Mike even mulched several branches from the trees I dropped. 10/10 would hire again."

Lawns questions, answered by experts

When you don’t aerate your lawn, the soil will become more compact over time. This limits how much water can soak in to reach the roots of your grass, and it keeps oxygen and carbon dioxide from the plant roots. This can limit grass growth, which may sound great for limiting mowing, but it also leads to a lawn full of grass that looks dull and sparse. Eventually, compacted soil can weaken grass, while also making it more vulnerable to pests, diseases, and erosion and even causing it to die off.

No, it's not a good idea to put grass seed directly on top of dead grass. For successful germination and growth, grass seed needs good soil contact. To prepare the area, start by removing the dead grass using a shovel or a sod cutter. Then, loosen the soil, add soil amendments if necessary, and spread the grass seed evenly. This allows the seed to come into direct contact with the soil, promoting better germination and establishing a healthier lawn.

There are a few ways to fix your lawn on a budget, including:

  • Identify the lawn care problem and learn how to seed, fertilize, and aerate your lawn.

  • Reseed old, damaged lawn with new grass that fares better in your environment.

  • Remove grass from your yard so you no longer need to worry about lawn care costs.

Yes, you should water the lawn after aerating. Now that you’ve loosened up the soil to better receive nutrients, it’s time to hydrate and fertilize your lawn. You’ll want to keep it evenly moist to promote healthy growth. Don’t drown your grass—too much of a good thing can reverse all the work you’ve done with aeration in the first place. But especially if you’ve overseeded and/or fertilized after aeration, you’ll want to ensure a moist soil layer to absorb those nutrients and fuel for new growth.

Both aerating and scarifying your lawn can offer serious benefits. Aerating pokes holes in the soil to better allow air, moisture, and nutrients to permeate while scarifying removes the buildup of dead plant matter at the soil’s surface. Most lawns require both of these maintenance items to thrive.
