Completely Satisfied, will use again !! The technician Thomas was very friendly and professional. He took pictures of my dryer vent before the job started and after the job had been completed. Thomas explained each step along the way and thoroughly cleaned up when the work had been completed. I am very pleased and highly recommend Green Ductors.

My landlord recently arranged for my Mitsubishi HVAC system to be cleaned, hiring Green Ductors Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning. To be honest my expectations were low, but to my surprise the engineer, Alex, who conducted this work brought with him the kind of old-fashioned workmanship we once had in this country when a certain generation of Europeans were of working age. Alex spent no less than six hours cleaning every inch of a three-thermostat system. To make things better, he left the areas where he had worked in the apartment immaculate. During this lengthy time, Alex was highly professional, personable, and considerate of me and my space. I see that the Company has over 250 5-star reviews, so there is little more I can say – except that as a very tough NYC costumer, I offer up my highest recommendation for this business. The following day, I took the time to call the Owner, Dimitri, who could not have been more delighted by the fact that I had such a positive experience. This is a rare first-rate organization and you simply cannot go wrong when you need this type of work undertaken.

I first hired Green Ductors about 4 years ago just to clean my two dryer vents and Dimitri had done excellent job. This time to clean the entire air duck/vents and both dryer vents. Farhad and Iskandar from Green Ductors worked tirelessly and wasted no time from the moment they arrived until they packed/cleaned/made sure all's in order prior to their leaving. They even checked both furnaces (and filters) for further advice. Completely satisfied.

The gentlemen from Green Ductors were incredibly professional and clearly explained the problem to us. They explained different options that we had and gave us an estimate for each. Green Ductors were great! They responded in minutes of me requesting a quote and was able to schedule an appointment the same week. They confirmed the appointment the day before and the team member arrived within the appointment window. He was professional and told me what he found once he’d finished and advised that I likely wouldn’t need another vent cleaning for another 12-18 months based on my usage. I would certainly consider them to clean my HVAC vents.

Extremely well. Was able to get an appointment right away. Other companies either gave me an appointment a week or 2 away or did not respond. Technicians came on time, were professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They worked on the dryer and vent for almost 2 hours. They explained to me clearly what they needed to do, and it now it sounds and works like new.

The service was performed effectivly and in a timely manner. Having the dryer vent cleaned out was the best thing we could have done, as it was pretty clogged.

The two gentlemen arrived on time. They were professional and courteous. I had been having a great deal of trouble with my dryer, so much so I was about to replace it. I had only had the venting out in a year before and it was all full of lint. The gentlemen cleaned out my dryer, the vent and also recommended the correct attachment outside so the bird or small animals didn't get into my vent hose. It has now been three months since my dryer vent cleaning and my dryer is working perfectly. I can dry a heavy load in 45-50 minutes. I do not need to put the 80 minutes max on the dryer. If you are thinking of getting a new dryer because yours is not working well and you have not had the dryer vent cleaned, call these guys. I recommend them highly and would use them again.
