Ryan stayed with the project every day until completion, and Frankie, the owner, also made sure things stayed on track. The crew that did the labor was meticulous and worked incredibly hard. Bongiornos ContractingAfter interviewing several hardscape contractors to perform a sizeable backyard remodel we went with Bongiornos Contracting. From the first step through each succeeding phase of the project I found both Chuck and C.J to be super knowledgeable and very receptive to all our concerns. They offered valuable insight in choosing the materials, the paver layout and the garden wall height/layout. The team of installers showed up every day promptly and while parking on my block was tight with the pallets of materials and trucks they did their best to minimize the disruption to my neighbors. The paver work, including the inlay and border pavers, was outstanding and exceeded expectations. A few minor hiccups occurred which is normal for a job this size but all were taken care of to my complete satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Bongiornos contracting to anyone looking for a company that produces some truly exceptional work- EDWARD V.

The Pool BossI had an excellent experience using the Pool Boss. The whole process from design to installation was fantastic. Chris and his team were there every step of the way to make sure the process was easy and fast. Everything came out perfect. Chris's vision of what kind of design would work for us was 100 percent correct. He made suggestions that I would have never thought of, from the depth of the pool to the shape. Every detail from the color changing lighting coming from every angle in the pool to the color of the liner and the seat in the deep end. We couldn't be happier with the pool we got from the Pool Boss. We also signed up for the Valet Service which is fantastic. We haven't had to worry about doing anything. They come every week and take care of all the chemicals and clean the pool. They even make sure the filtered water is flowing in the best way possible. So the only thing you have to do is enjoy the Pool with your family and friends.- ryan s.

Landscape ImpressionsI have hired Landscape Impressions (3 Howard Ct, Goshen, NY 10924, tel: 845- 351-3454) to change my front of the house entry and little garden with new masonry and new garden. Mr. Brian Mitchell, the owner and his crew (Leo, Jose, Ricardo, Rudy) are highly trained professionals and great people to do business with. Attention to all details, to all my feisty tastes, changes, ideas. Answers to all my questions, great verbal, e-mail and texting communications with all required pictures. Very good pricing, accurate, no surprises. They sent all electric, gas, water/sewer companies to mark the entire area in preparation for work. They removed old pond, waterfall, replaced water piping with new one, hidden under concrete. All cleaning after each day of work. They have all the machines and tools needed for masonry, granite, trees, flowers, grass, etc. I had a wonderful experience and can't wait to continue working with this crew for the back of my house, driveway, etc. Didn't stop to what was written in contract, added little details with pleasure, no overcharge. I highly commend and recommend to everybody. Thank you so much, we're so happy with the new look.- barie h.

Tri-State Complete LandscapingI was referred to tri-state by my neighbor for a clean up of a property I purchase 5 months ago. I spoke to Bruce of what I need to be done and he assured me it will be taken care of. His 3 guys worked approximately 10 hours the day of the clean up, removing leaves, bulk items, stones, etc. His team removed it to a licensed dump site. It saved me the time and hassle of ordering a dumpster for all of the debris. Highly recommended for any work needed. Thanks to Tri-state for their service.- Carlos N.

Mike began and did a great job on my stairs but that is where it stops. I gave him 32,000 up front, lesson learned. He and his pot smoking ( during work at my home) son broke off a piece of my deck, a large part of my shed and siding on my house and just didn't tell me. I asked what happened, Mike acted like he had no idea. My vinyl fence doors would not open and when I called to tell him I wanted these things fixed or I was taking him to court, he came back and tied the corner of the vinyl fence to a tree. My fence still won't open all the way and my shed he didn't fix. I am very unhappy with his work.

Agreed on a price to do our sidewalk with Jose. Got cash for him. He told us a time and day. We got one message to do it a little later. Waited our entire day for him to come. Called his office many times. They told us he was ‘in a meeting’. Wasted our whole day. I don’t get it. I guess he doesn’t want our money. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I wish I could make an appt with him and then not show up so he would know how it feels.
