I left a message and Paul called back in less than 5 minutes.  Paul came out to give an estimate within 3 days and within one week, was here to do the work.  Paul and Michael arrived promptly.  Mike stayed to do the work.  It was tedious as the wall paper border was being stubborn.  It looks great and is ready to be painted.  The clean up was thorough and everything was back in place just as it was upon their arrival.  Paul came back to check to be sure all was good with the work.  It sure was! He did an excellent job power washing, scraping and painting our new home (with the paint we requested) exactly as we asked. He was responsive, professional, knowledgeable and understanding.
