He was going to leave without a service charge but I asked him if he could winterize furnance, thought quote could have been lil lower for that but agreed because I appreciated his directness and honesty on dealings. Lisa quickly made appt to fit my schedule and Mo and helper were puntual on call as well as prompt responding to night call to check on pressure gauge that they replaced. Service cost all in."

He is a very young guy, but incredibly knowledgeable. You gotta love that Scottish brogue!! My kitchen sink is a great example of what to expect from him, it was simply a hose that needed tightening. He showed me the problem, including how to fix it myself in the future and fixed it in about 2 minutes. With the washer, he told me it was an issue for the manufacturer, which I appreciated. He was able to quickly turn my warm shower into a hot one. I appreciate his honesty and expertise, he was great. He is the one I will call if I need a plumber again."
