"We had out kitchen remodeled and James from Royalty Construction did the Kitchen tile work. He was punctual, professional and did a great job in our kitchen. I am in the real estate industry and have worked with many contractors, I can attest he is by far one of the most meticulous contractors I have worked with. I would definitely recommend his work."

"BJ did a great job. He did 3 bathrooms at 2 different houses for us, all turned out great. He also installed a fence around a large backyard at one of those houses which turned out fantastic. In addition, he worked on many projects at the houses because we were getting one ready to sell and the other ready to move into. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with."
