Carlos is a perfect gentleman, and we made sure he and his crew had plenty of cold drinks and a cool place to retreat to from the summer heat. Much to our surprise, Carlos stopped by a few days later and replaced a roof shingle on one of our bay windows. It wasn't his responsibility, but he made a point to make everything flawless.
