"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. As the washer was 6+ years old and there were holiday sales I opted to purchase a new unit. This is the 3rd time I have worked with Neli. All instances have been very productive and positive."

Bob was great at the time he spent working on the problem that we had. He was very informative about how easy it is to pop the siding back into place. So we would not have to spend time for waiting for someone from the office. We thought that was really nice of him to do this. We did not realize how easy it was to pop them back into place. Kris was on time, installed it in a couple of hours , and left the basement spotless. Last year I had trouble with water running cold because moth had entered the inner housing. He came and cleaned the inside, and got it working again. Heâ s professional, awesome at his work and very reasonable. I highly recommended him for all your plumbing needs."
