"Can't really find the words to express my full satisfaction with Kalthoff Handyman Services. I hired them to rebuild a very difficult deck---hillside/rock. They worked very hard to build a beautiful deck---quite an accomplishment. They worked thru late fall with very cold temperatures---never with a complaint. I was so pleased I asked them to do other jobs---new kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms (one was down to the studs), flooring in 2 bedrooms, front steps, insulation. Prices remained fair throughout. Always done professionally and with attention to detail/finishes. Tile work is beautiful/first rate. In the winter, the water froze (pipe in ground). Danny, Billy the project managers were complete and professional with several follow-ups to keep me abreast of progress during the permitting and scheduling process. On the removal day, Walker and George were amazing. They had to get the equipment up a slope that started with climbing a 20" stone retaining barrier. miss overhanging tree limbs and work right underneath the power line from the street to my house, Made me nervous for them, but their work in removing residual oil, and the oil tank itself progressed smoothly with no mishaps. I will recommend this company to anyone in need but especially anyone with tight space or difficult terrain."
