"The whole crew was very professional, and the Restoration Experts case manager, Justin, took the time to explain everything from how of damage happens and best practices to fix it. He outlined everything his company would do before they did it, answered all my excessive questions with patience and understanding, and set up scheduling. The crew was hardworking and efficient. My house looked better after Restoration Experts got to it, than it did before the smoke damage!! I didn't have to throw out any clothes, and I didn't lose anything sentimental because of their due diligence and hard work. I will always be grateful for that. I highly recommend them. The crew is knowledgeable, professional, approachable, and hard working. I will absolutely be a return customer if my house ever needs restoration in the future.
