Mike even took my tenantâ s schedule in mind when planning his time frame. While the dumpster was still on site, Mike let us dispose of construction waste we had gathered up from another project. The entire crew is courteous, trustworthy, professional and capable. I was a Designer at an architectural firm that did historic restoration. I have done many a punch list. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step.
