The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. They were extremely committed, professional and worked hard, despite the service being hourly. They were flexible to my needs, and kept me updated as they worked on the load-in. I had to leave during the unload, and the minute I got home, they showed me one small part of the wall that had been scuffed. Before they left, they did a walk-thru to make sure I was happy, and helped me change one piece of furniture that was in the wrong place. I did not have one break of anything they moved, and could not believe how helpful, nice, and hard-working these guys were. I also want to mention that I was a young woman handling this move by myself, and I felt completely comfortable and respected the entire time, which is not always the case. They were careless and would get a poor review from me. iPaint took care of it and spent time and effort to clean it all up before putting down the epoxy. The work was done in a week. No dust, no dirt, no mess. And I told the team that the garage with 100% solid epoxy and flakes looks so good I could use it for my master bedroom. Without reservation, I recommend iPaint for any cement epoxy painting. By the way they also painted the basement walls in a beautiful blue, so my basement went from a storage area to a recreational area. I will use iPaint also in my Manhattan residence."
