"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. I have a dumpster delivered last summer and they gouged my driveway. What a nightmare it was to get them to pay for the driveway to be fixed. NEVER AGAIN! It's BullBag only for our future needs."

They were extremely committed, professional and worked hard, despite the service being hourly. They were flexible to my needs, and kept me updated as they worked on the load-in. I had to leave during the unload, and the minute I got home, they showed me one small part of the wall that had been scuffed. Before they left, they did a walk-thru to make sure I was happy, and helped me change one piece of furniture that was in the wrong place. I did not have one break of anything they moved, and could not believe how helpful, nice, and hard-working these guys were. I also want to mention that I was a young woman handling this move by myself, and I felt completely comfortable and respected the entire time, which is not always the case. These guys were the absolute best, I would use them and recommend them to any of my friends and family."

They were careless and would get a poor review from me. iPaint took care of it and spent time and effort to clean it all up before putting down the epoxy. The work was done in a week. No dust, no dirt, no mess. And I told the team that the garage with 100% solid epoxy and flakes looks so good I could use it for my master bedroom. Without reservation, I recommend iPaint for any cement epoxy painting. By the way they also painted the basement walls in a beautiful blue, so my basement went from a storage area to a recreational area. I will use iPaint also in my Manhattan residence."
