"Well let’s say installers were great helpful and friendly. Unfortunately that’s all they have going for them the office is trying for the fourth time to get me to sign an e document that I signed and submitted electrically a month ago. Service was very sub par on the hot tub we purchased. If you choose to do business with them read contract and installation guide throughly. The demand full payment for everything when the first drop of water hits the liner. At that point there is no backfill or concrete around the pool. Which will come earliest 4 to 100 weeks after no promise time frame yet they have full payment. You have zero leverage after payment is made. The day water hit my liner I had everything completed on the customer responsibilities and still had to wait 11 days for backfill when in their installation guide it says water and backfill occur simultaneously. As of today no one in the office can give me proper justification why full payment is made before project completion. Buyer beware. Pool and equipment high quality office needs serious help installers great! Modify your contract before you sign. Hope this helps! I backed concrete out of the contract because I couldn’t justify paying for something in full with no date in sight to get installed."

Heavenly Heat Infrared Saunas are made for the chemically sensitive. That means that our infrared saunas create an ideal, safe, and effective detoxification environment for anyone seeking to eliminate toxic substances from their body.

"Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above."

Pool and Spa Servicing questions, answered by experts

If your hot tub is well-maintained, covered tightly, and the water is balanced and sanitized correctly, it can remain unused for up to two weeks without significant issues. Beyond this period, the water quality may start to deteriorate, potentially leading to the growth of algae and bacteria. However, it's crucial to note that this timeline can change due to factors like water temperature, sanitation levels, and the quality of your hot tub cover. Regular maintenance and water testing are essential to ensure the water remains safe and clean during periods of inactivity.

You should put chlorine in your hot tub on a regular basis. To keep bacteria away, keep the chlorine level in your hot tub at between 3-5 mg/l, which may mean you need to add chlorine daily or at least every two to three days. Don’t add chlorine to your hot tub water more than once per day.

Most outdoor hot tubs last between five and 20 years, excluding inflatable tubs, which last five to seven years. High-quality, maintained tubs can last decades, while low-quality, poorly maintained tubs may not hit five years. A good warranty, professional installation, quality materials, and proper maintenance will help a tub last longer.

It’s possible to move a hot tub on its side or base as long as it fits snugly in the moving truck, with plenty of padding around it. This moving method requires specialized equipment and careful planning, like moving straps, dollies, and moving blankets.

Most newer hot tubs are not expensive to maintain. Hot tub maintenance costs about $500 to $1,000 per year. You can DIY, but a pro can clean and treat your hot tub with chemicals and save you time. The biggest hot tub expenses are heating and repairs, but you can preserve your investment with regular maintenance.
