"AMAZING!! Jason, the owner, was very professional, courteous, helpful and GOOD! He was able to respond to my request for help the same day of the request (actually within only 3 hrs) and accessed my computer by remote access. I watched as he worked his magic and it was very apparent that he really knew what he was doing! I was shocked at the number of viruses on my computer. The last virus that had prompted my call for help had uninstalled my virus protection software and even interfered with my ability to allow remote access for My Computer Buddy via the internet, but Jason was able to work around that by providing a link through email. Jason charges one flat fee - not an hourly rate - and provides an additional 5% discount for Angie's List members. He provided free software for virus protection and other malware protection. Unlike other and quot;big nameand quot; computer companies, he did not charge extra for every little extra thing he did (and there were many). He worked on my computer for over 3 hrs, provided education on ways to avoid future problems and made suggestions as to the best internet browser to use. My computer is so fast today, the day after his repair. I am so impressed! I will recommend his services to all of my friends and family!
