"Ronald Rodriguez came to my house and gave me a good price to complete the project. He replaced any boards that were broken, power washed and then sanded the deck to get ready for the sanding. Reseal your deck every one to two years, and replace old or rotted wood as soon as possible to avoid structural damage. Where you live plays a role in the lifespan of your deck. Before installing a deck, you must build a base for the deck to rest upon, often made of compacted soil or gravel. While gravel is an optional material, it helps with drainage. For the best results, stay off of your deck for at least 48 hours after sealing it.
