My experience with them was highly disappointing, and I feel compelled to warn others to avoid similar issues. We contracted Central Builders Group for a home renovation project. Unfortunately, they failed to deliver on their promises. Key issues included: ? Incomplete Work: The painting was substandard and left unfinished, despite their claims of completion. ? Permit Problems: The company did not secure the correct permits for our project, and we later learned from the City of Treasure Island that the permit details were misrepresented. ? Unprofessional Conduct: Communication was poor, with little follow-through on commitments. When we raised concerns about the progress, the company halted work for extended periods, delaying the project further. ? Tool Misuse: Several of our personal tools, including high-value items, were used without permission."
