I perform professional installation of all major brand appliances. I am Certified and trained by SubZero-Wolf which entitles the customer to an additional 1yr warranty. I do all the work myself. I also have a licensed and insured electrician available if needed. Some handyman work available. Estimate fees are $50 but are no longer applied to the installation, (estimates are valid for 6 months). Dryer vent cleaning services are $150 but also include cleaning the dryer not just the vent. "I hired Nick Pontrelli to install several high-end kitchen appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf oven, wine fridge, and a hood. He initially quoted me $2,500 for the job, but the entire process was riddled with mistakes, delays, and unprofessionalism. To start, Nick significantly delayed the project due to his own errors. Despite the clear instructions from the manufacturer stating that the refrigerator could not be installed flush, he assured us it could be. This resulted in an improper installation that could have been avoided had he simply followed the guidelines. Nick demonstrated a lack of knowledge and was extremely rude throughout the process. After making these mistakes, he claimed he needed a second day to finish the job and tacked on an additional $700. Even after the extra charge, he didn’t complete the hood installation as promised. When I contacted him to address the issues, particularly the incorrect wine refrigerator installation, he refused to take accountability and instead shifted the blame to the cabinet company. It was only after contacting another installer, JSA, that the real issues came to light. They immediately pointed out that the wine fridge had been installed incorrectly and offered to fix it. In summary, Nick Pontrelli’s service was unprofessional, overpriced, and poorly executed. His lack of knowledge, refusal to take responsibility for his mistakes, and rude demeanor made the entire experience frustrating. I highly recommend avoiding his services if you want a smooth and professional installation process."
