About us

I perform professional installation of all major brand appliances. I am Certified and trained by SubZero-Wolf which entitles the customer to an additional 1yr warranty. I do all the work myself. I also have a licensed and insured electrician available if needed. Some handyman work available. Estimate fees are $50 but are no longer applied to the installation, (estimates are valid for 6 months). Dryer vent cleaning services are $150 but also include cleaning the dryer not just the vent. I hired Nick Pontrelli to install several high-end kitchen appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf oven, wine fridge, and a hood. He initially quoted me $2,500 for the job, but the entire process was riddled with mistakes, delays, and unprofessionalism. To start, Nick significantly delayed the project due to his own errors. Despite the clear instructions from the manufacturer stating that the refrigerator could not be installed flush, he assured us it could be. This resulted in an improper installation that could have been avoided had he simply followed the guidelines. Nick demonstrated a lack of knowledge and was extremely rude throughout the process. After making these mistakes, he claimed he needed a second day to finish the job and tacked on an additional $700. Even after the extra charge, he didn’t complete the hood installation as promised. When I contacted him to address the issues, particularly the incorrect wine refrigerator installation, he refused to take accountability and instead shifted the blame to the cabinet company. It was only after contacting another installer, JSA, that the real issues came to light. They immediately pointed out that the wine fridge had been installed incorrectly and offered to fix it. In summary, Nick Pontrelli’s service was unprofessional, overpriced, and poorly executed. His lack of knowledge, refusal to take responsibility for his mistakes, and rude demeanor made the entire experience frustrating. I highly recommend avoiding his services if you want a smooth and professional installation process.

"I'm sorry you felt you got bad service, however your cabinetry was wrong to begin with. Yes I did make an error and did own up to it. As far as not finishing the hood install, if you remember correctly you said you didn't want me to install it. The wine storage was not installed incorrectly, it was installed as per Subzero specifications. You didn't mention anything wrong with the install and you didn't want me to come back. I understand if someone leaves a negative review but at least tell the truth about what happened and also comment about why the install wasn't finished, again it's because you didn't want me to finish it."

Before I get to Nick, Kimberly schedules the appointments, and answers all questions. She is superb, and super friendly. Nick arrived 5 minutes early, with his tools..everything from mats to vacuum cleaners. He described everything, that he was going to do, and said because the oven was not too involved, he would install at no cost. Apparently, some parts were misplaced by other workmen moving things around, but after short trips to his van, he found from his inventory, and did the job. It's almost impossible to find hardworking, honest companies, and capable me with a "can do" attitude. I'm still missing some trim, which he got the company to send me, and implored me to call him back to pop them in. He didn't want anyone else to possibly crack them. Who does that??? I'm a loyal Angie's List user, but...they don't have a rating for this kind of individual. Kimberly and Nick; Thank you!

I have used services from this company many times having gotten a referral from a company I purchased other appliances from in the past and only just realized they were also on Angie's list. Nick and his assistant have always been very professional. Nick has installed my dishwasher, several air conditioners(through the wall) in addition to the microwave installation just done. He has also installed air conditioners in my son's house as well. He has made many useful suggestions and I wish I had used his services on other installations done at my home rather than those that were suggested to me by the store I purchased them from,

BEYOND fantastic. We were in a rush because we are here helping my in laws. Long story short, we had a horrible experience with Home Depot (quoting us a 3 week delivery and install window!), Best Buy (who ended up cancelling our order), so finally we went and bought a gas cooktop ourselves, and scheduled Pro Appliance to install it. They were extremely flexible, available on a VERY short schedule (which was a big plus), showed up on time and did an absolutely fantastic job. Removed our old cooktop/hooked up the new one, walked through the features and any concerns. Absolutely top notch service. Wish we had install services this wonderful identified back in CA! Highly, highly recommend.

After my last experience with having our AC unit installed I didn't hesitate to book them to come back to help us with our dryer. Our old vent was a potential fire hazard and based on the amount of lint in the pipe and motor area of the dryer not only was that a fire hazard it was impacting the performance of the dryer. As promised he was here early, worked fast and efficiently and left everything neat and in this case cleaner than when he found it.

I was desperate to get our upstairs ac unit installed after a few humid nights and asked on my local mom's group on Facebook for and I was given the name of this company. I'm glad I did because not only was the price right, they did a fast, efficient job. I'm very pleased with how everything went and am looking to schedule with them to clean out my dryer in the near future.
