"Mark is a craftsman and a gentleman. He asked for photos of the railings and called me in less than 5 minutes after I sent them. He came to the property the same day and gave me an estimate. He said he was concerned about someone falling because of the missing railings and would do the repair quickly. The job was finished the next day!
