Brian showed up on time was extremely professional walked me through his entire process. He gave choices of grout color and completed the entire job in 6 hours. Our floor looked Brand New. I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done.
