You will get an appointment and Frank or a member of his team WILL show up!! An absolute pleasure to deal with. His team of workers are profession & pleasant, even in the hottest of temps. Frank sure does know his plants and what will/will not work in your area. He is very talented & creative with his designs, thank God since I was clueless!
