I had already paid in full. Genesis came over the next business day and quickly agreed to take care of the spots but also noticed other areas that were not up to his high standard. He re-did the entire deck, including completely re-sanding it. He spent a lot of time to re-train his staff and checked in frequently. It means a lot when a company has the integrity to stand by their work.
