Called for an estimate, came out to see the site within days, sent me a quote within a day and once I agreed to hire them (which was a great decision), dates for install were set and the project was done within the timeframe Michael indicated. The patio came out wonderful. The company made sure to fix any disturbed land after the install. Kyle did a professional job prepping, repairing and painting several different surfaces. He made old surfaces look new. He was meticulous and professional, covering furniture and floors as necessary to not leave any signs of the painting on carpets, floors, furniture or cabinets. "It all started out well after purchase of the initial Angie's list deal.  We promptly agreed on a date and a gentlemen came to measure and start the paperwork. Install date was set for 11/5/15. On 11/4, I was called about setting an install date.  My response was I already had one for the next day. Long story short, the company did not bother to tell me they had cancelled my appointment, they just acted like I never had one.  It was as though one side of the business did not know what the other side was doing. Since I made arrangements to be home on the 5th, I was not happy.  We finally settled on the 12th and the installation went smoothly enough.  However after completion, I noticed the installers had broken a piece of moulding in front of the patio door.  I know they realized they cracked it because they used clear caulk as a fix. I called the company and they said they would replace.  As of 11/30, the moulding still has not been replaced even though I was told the installer was picking up molding on 11/17.
I will say the person who came to measure and the lady who did the follow-up calling were professional. However, I can't say the same for the install side. The contact person was nice enough but he did not contact me to say the install was cancelled and to me it's taking way too long to replace the molding the installers broke.  I view it as a lack of integrity to cover up breaking the piece and not bothering to say anything to me.  The patio door is beautiful and I had planned to purchase a front door from them but have changed my mind.

"I hired Chad and 518 Concrete in October last year for a large stamped concrete patio. They did great job. Very professional. Timely and attention to detail. I also needed cement replaced around my pool, a walkway and cement floor in my garage. Very happy and more than satisfied with all the work.
