"Doug and his team did an excellent job on my kitchen! My kitchen was very old and hadn't been remodeled in a very long time. Doug and his team took out all the old paneling (including the plaster behind it), and installed drywall, new flooring, new countertops, and new sink. He even took the time to install baseboards, window and door trim that matched the rest of the house. All for a very low price! Would definitely call him for other projects."

Over a period of several months Copper Club Construction played a role consulting on the renovation project, advising contractors on-site, and consulting on the end design which was meant to be an AirBnB once completed. A third party designer was hired, who received guidance from Copper Construction on best practices for the end-use of this building. Copper coordinated on all aspects of this construction, as well as with finishing touches and final photography. Overall i'm very happy with the end result."

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."
