Hello, I've noticed how difficult and frustrating it can be to hire someone to do a project, only to have them not follow it through to completion, or to just not show up at all, or to pass the blame of their mistakes to someone else. I started Wirth & Son Property Services because of all the incompetence and poor communication I've seen with service providers. I'll show up, do what I say I'm going to do, and keep communicating with you. Over the last several decades, I've completed a wide variety of home improvement projects, from footing to ridge, and everything in between. Whether you need something as small as a picture hung to something more complex, like a custom, site-built shed, I'll show up, competently complete the project, and communicate along the way. \n\nSome of the things I have experience in include: wasp removal, custom shed & chicken coops, curtain rod hanging, deck/porch repair, gutter cleaning, siding repair, drywall repair, assembly, fench repair, dryer vent cleaning

"We love our new closet!"

"We love our cabinets! They look fantastic while remaining affordable. The friendly staff at AWD helped us from start to finish. They are very knowledgeable and gave us advice and tips when needed. They were receptive and patient with our ever-changing needs. Once we finalized our purchase, we received our cabinets within two weeks! The cabinets are very sturdy and the color is beautiful. The hinges and hardware are high quality. We are extremely pleased with AWD and would recommend them to any friends or family looking for good cabinets at a fair price."

"It is good job done."

"Had new cabinets put in as my kitchen was outdated, last done in the 80s. Josh was a pleasure to work with and I love my new kitchen cabinets!"

"These guys were phenomenal! They transformed our outdated kitchen into a stunning modern space and I am in love! From the start, they listened to our ideas, added their expert recommendations and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Custom cabinets, new countertops, and my beautiful new tile backsplash were all installed flawlessly. They were professional, punctual, and paid attention to every detail, leaving us with a kitchen that exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier and are already planning our next project with them!"

"Gary's team replaced a sliding glass door and window. Although there was a delay with getting the window (due to the manufacturer) he kept us informed and scheduled with us right away once the window arrived. Will definitely be utilizing his business again for future work needed on our house."
