I called around to several places and wasn't able to find anyone who could provide same-day service let alone return my message, until I spoke to Jennifer. She took pity on me and called their crews to see if any were running ahead of schedule, and was able the get the job scheduled for the afternoon. They were extremely professional and got the job done in no time! Going forward I won't use anyone else!"

"Rosemarie and her team did an incredible job transforming our backyard. Previously, we had issues with drainage and our yard was basically a muddy, unusable space. "John gets an A+ for responsiveness. I have dealt with many contractors in the past who are hard to reach or who don't answer phone calls. John always answers phone calls and text messages. For the 3 times he came to my house, he always showed up on time, or called if there was an unforeseen delay.
He came the first time to look at the job and give me an estimate. He said he would be able to install 4 hi hats in my den without a problem. We scheduled a date in just a few days. He and his workers showed up on the assigned date. We did have one unexpected issue. Because of the setup of the wiring, they could not bury the electrical box that was smack in the center of the ceiling. John told me I would need to cover that spot on the ceiling with a plate, which to me would have ruined the look of the ceiling. I wanted to recessed lighting to look clean and professional, not to look like an afterthought. We were able to come to a compromise. I agreed to have a ceiling fan put in, and John said he would install it for a minimal charge. In the end, I am happy that I have my recessed lighting, and I now see that it is an advantage to have the ceiling fan. It really helps to cool the room in the summer.
The fan was actually suggested by one of John's workers, Chris, who also gave me advice on where to buy a good fan. The workers were clean and efficient. My ceiling is plaster, and they did a great job of cutting into the ceiling in a way that was easy for the painter to patch up. They knew what tools to use so that the plaster did not crack. They also covered up the furniture and cleaned up after they were done. They finished their work in just a few hours.

"Noel showed up with his crew right on time.  Very professional and friendly.  Neat.  Installed Hunter sprinkler system (5 zone), and lighting.  Took about 5 hours.  Very satisfied with the job.  Of the 4 estimates, Aqua Duck was the cheapest.  Normally I would never go with the cheapest estimate, but in this case I'm glad I did.  No complaints, and system works well.  Highly recommend this company."
