"I found David on Angie list and he got back to me immediately. I explained what I needed done and I had an estimate within3 hours. He is very affordable and was able to come the following week. They arrived on time. Very efficient, made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I will be hiring him again for another project that I will be doing. "Last spring I decided to build a new stone patio and kitchen and selected Elite Development to do our project. They were not the cheapest but it was clear to us that these guys know what they are doing. From layout, to construction, to final turf and plantings they knocked it out of the park.
