Unlike another plumber who said they would need to charge me to snake both the tub and the bathroom sink, Jesse explained it would likely just need to be the sink and there is an issue in the shared drainage pipe. Jesse communicated clearly when he'd arrive and on his availabilites, and helped resolve the issue quickly and cleaned up after himself. "Alfonso was great. He came to my house and did exactly what I asked him to. There was a pipe to cut which was rusted which he did and he replaced it with a rubber boot. He refitted the pipes of my pedestal bathroom sink which was pretty torn up after being snaked so many times due to clogged pipes. He also replaced the sinks faucet which was not easy because we had it for about 20 years so it was difficult to remove.Throughout this process Alfonso was calm and courteous and very professional. He was not cheap but his work was great and he is a very clean worker. The only issue I had was with the other job I had for him which was much larger and potentially involved the cutting of the pipe that was causing the persistent clog in our bathroom to begin with. This was actually the main reason why I contacted him in the first place. After he finished with the above mentioned projects he took a look and troubleshooted the job and gave me one estimate and was going to get back to me the following day with another estimate for another way to save the problem. I never heard from him again. I called, texted and practically begged him to let me know when he could return to take another look at the situation and to give me an estimate for the "other" possibility of solving the clogged pipe and he never once got back to me. to this day I have no reason why and it is a bit frustrating not to at least been given a response especially after paying good money for the first job. Just seems unusual but as far as the work he did, I have no complaints."

It should have been fairly routine drain cleanout but proved to be a bit of a pain and Robert’s expertise, patience and determination shined. He was polite and respectful. Prompt and efficient. I would certainly call them again. Now I can use my bathroom sink again without worry!"

"We were on a rush schedule to begin showing our parents's house for sale this summer and the last few items to be fixed had to be done quickly. Anthony arrived on time to review the job and provide consultation. He gave us a flat rate price and then a nice senior citizen discount from an Angie's List coupon from his page - which we accepted his reasonable rate and told him to start work immediately. After looking at the parts he needed based on the materials we had on hand, left the house briefly to buy those parts. The work included plumbing under the sink was updated and adjusted to provide more storage space, kitchen faucet and spray installed on the new countertop, gas line hookup to the stove and dishwasher water and waste lines hooked up. Then he proceeded to the bathroom to install the new vanity and hooked up the water and plumbing lines. Job was clean and tight. Nothing leaks and it seemed the water pressure improved after all the new plumbing fixtures were hooked up."

He then came back at the time scheduled and did a full day's work, which ended up including the snaking of the drain pipe, and made sure our kitchen sink was in good shape and the space underneath was clean when he was done. He also advised us on possible follow-ups (the drain pipe may need additional work). Fiori was polite and pleasant throughout. The quality of the work appears to be excellent."
