"This is the second time we hired Petar to stain our large deck and touch up/paint the white hand rails. He is fantastic! He is very prompt with his communications kept us informed if he could not make it do to rain. (outside project) he is very meticulous, and careful with all of the surroundings. Both him and his helper were very polite and friendly, a real pleasure to have around my family. The work as I expected came out perfect. I loved his work so much the first time we had the deck stained I did not even shop around this time, I went right to Petar. The price I paid for this service was in range with other quotes I had received when I priced this the first time. I am so glad I went with him since the quality of work and the time it took to complete the project was outstanding. We have some projects we are considering inside our house and I will not be looking for a painter, since I already have one now, in PV Painting & Decorating. "Dave and his crew were very nice people and very responsive to communications. He provided a very reasonable quote and offered different payment options. We contracted with them for a whole house painting before we moved in while it was empty of belongings. They completed to project, however, they took twice the time expected and did not protect surfaces or trim well. I sent many hours scraping paint off floors, cabients, countertops, and trim. Dave did address many of my concerns for paint coverage, and worked hard the last day to "finish" the job. Overall, I would say the detailed work I would expect from painters was lacking."

"The owner, besides personally scoping the work, designing the new deck, and providing the contract estimate a month prior, was also here the day before work to was start to review the project with us, and was here again at the start of the project to ensure the crew was well set up for this.  The quality of work was excellent--much better than the deck being replaced, with the crew being knowledgable, experienced, and very personable.  They kept us apprised every step of the way.  The project was a 4-day project for the 2-man crew.  We recommend them and will be using them again ourselves.
The energy audit, performed separately a week before, appeared to be very thorough.  The results have not yet been received here.
