His crew removed and replaced 320' wooden horse fence , saved and neatly stacked the old wood for us. They them removed and replaced 3 decks that had been destroyed by snow and ice. This team was professional and friendly the entire time that they were here, checking with us along the way to be sure they were doing what we wanted and being very willing to make any changes or additions that we wanted. Their work was beautiful, their clean up meticulous. We will most definitely use them again for any future projects and highly recommend them"

Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

They started with a complete demolition and meticulously planned and executed every step of building a bathroom from start to finish. They worked very long hours for about a month and overcame every problem and challenge that came up without compliant. They did not take a single extra day off and after every work day I saw visible progress. Serge was also very transparent and responsive about communicating problems and was willing to go above and beyond the original plan to make sure the job was done the right way. He is also very professional. Every week he sent me a detailed invoice with complete documentation of all material purchases and labor costs. There were no hidden surcharges or unexpected costs.
