"I have used Dun Jie’s inspection services a few times to be honest. As a first time home buyer, I am apprehensive on making this $$$$$$ decision. Prior to the inspection appointments, Dun Jie and I would go over the areas of most concern to me. He puts me at ease by ensuring to look over those areas in detail. After each inspection, he provides a detail report on his findings from foundation to roof. One of my biggest fears is that the roof would leak and cave in due to the age of one of the homes. Each time, he would put me at ease by going over the reports (inspection, termite, etc) and his findings together. He also puts my mind at ease by providing an aerial view for me to see the areas of my concern by using his drone. Long story, I am finally in the process of closing in the next 3 weeks. Dun Jie’s inspection helped me negotiate for $50k less! His service and professionalism is unmatched. He is meticulous in his work, patient (since even I know I can be a bit much), punctual, and overall, a great guy! I love that he is extremely thorough and does not rush on the job at all.
