"I can safely say this is the best carpet cleaning and repair business in the Buffalo area if not all of Western New York and beyond. Brad is passionate about what he does. Polite, hardworking, and professional. I had a carpet repair and cleaning done by him and I could not be more satisfied if I tried. The work done was efficient, done in a timely manner, and was easy on the pocket book. The problem with most companies is that they clock in and out and do not put passion into what they are doing. This is not the case with carpet star. Brad explains his work and the process just like the customer was working alongside him and you can see the drive in him. I am extremely pleased and grateful that I found this company. If you are looking for carpet installation, flooring installation, cleaning/repair or just a company that has outstanding character, this company should be #1 on your list. Well worth the money"

"Floor Shield of WNY, LLC is amazing. Their service is extraordinary, and they went above and beyond to make my garage floor look fantastic. My floors went from being severely cracked and pitted, to a beautiful blue, white, and grey spec floor, with a nice glossy grip finish.
