He came over almost immediately and kept was transparent about the repair and cost every step of the way! He was able to fix it the same day...just like the hot water heater! Unlike the AC, it couldn't be saved (it was 10 years old), but he and his men worked 4-5 hours straight purchasing a new hot water heater, draining the preexisting one and installing the new unit...and I live on the second floor in a building with no elevator! The cost was definitely the icing on the cake - I seriously challenge anyone to find a company that provides a higher quality of work, professionalism and attention to detail with the value that Tanous Heating and Air Conditioning provides.
