I really do not want to give Pacific Stone anything less then an A, however, after

the install, there were some issues that they have not followed up on. We had already paid in full. 

Initially, they were super responsive, and Daniel, who works with you around the details, was so very patient

and helpful.  He made this process very easy, and really did help us pick out the best granite counter for us.

Everything moved fairly quickly, which was great.  However, there was an error on their end with the template

of the new counter.  It was suggested by the installers that we make the backsplash a bit higher than the original

backsplash, to cover any natural wall damage that may occur in the replacement.  Great idea.  When the install

was done, this did not happen (that is, the backsplash was not taller than the original as planned), and there was

some natural wall damage that showed.  The installer then caulked over it in white caulking.  It was a bummer because

you have this great new countertop, then a line of white caulking between it and the wall.  Sal (the owner) came by

that day wanted to replace the backsplash.  Here is where all the grades drop:  we have not heard from them since.  It has been two weeks, and I have tried calling with no success.  Up until this point we always heard back that same day.  I went ahead and painted

over the white caulking (not all that neatly applied) with the wall paint so it didn't stand out so much.  The error is easy enough to understand, however,

it is the sudden lack of follow up on their end that causes us to lower the grade.

"I needed to remove a 40 year old bathtub & install a shower I also needed the flooring replace in the bath area & dressing room. Initially, I wasn't sure about using Remodel USA due to some of the reviews. I met with the representative & when I saw the quality product (Kohler), was able to select what I wanted & have a flexible timeline for work & payments... I was glad I selected this company. I had 1 glitch as the installed shower door was not the 1 I selected. The Project Manager noted the error, obtained the correct door & it was installed. The workmanship is very good & I appreciated the conscientious skills of Edgar, his assistant, Salvador & his wife. The project manager, Percy Melendez, was professional & reassuring regarding the workmanship & product. I am very pleased with the overall experience of working with Remodel USA. My experience was very good & I'm pleased to know that if any time I need assistance, I can contact them."

"He came and replaced a part that did not fix it. Took part with him. He came back and charged me another almost $300 for a new sump pump which I should have gotten the first time he came. I feel I paid twice. Too much money."
