"From the beginning, James was very professional and thorough in providing me with details about the job. He gave me a fair estimate and the time span for the work. He and his crew arrived on the appointed date, James again reviewed the work to be done and answered all questions. His crew worked diligently the whole day with an appropriate lunch break.
