31 Juan Blanco and his employee did a great job for us. Juan was right on time, stayed on the job the whole time. His employee was a master with drywall finish work. They covered the work area with construction paper, ensured all furnishings and decorative items were moved, and then cleaned up...
Not so good. We ate now in litigation with the town of Woodstock. Also due to the bad fill used and the poor quality of work. Fill used is so bad the DEC has been called in. When asked, J Karolys said he did not have insurance to cover any of the damages. Don't let this happen to you...do...
