We paid them $76,000, they completed $60,000 worth of work per THEIR itemized invoice, did not properly secure the site leading to $5000 of water damage to my existing house that they did not repair, shoddy work and crooked doorways and windows that had to be redone by another contractor, did not pay the foundation guy in full, did not pay the lumber company leaving us with mechanic’s liens on our house that we had to prove we paid ACC and it was THEM not paying their bills… I could go on. They take no accountability for their actions and ignore all forms of communication. I hope they NEVER get the chance to screw over another family again."

I like that his wife help as well. That shows Family pride. And he absolutely takes pride in his work. He's not cheap, but in the contracting field you get what you pay for.
