"Customer service good but was charged for a call back on a leaky hose. I felt that this should have been included in original job charge. Was disappointed that there was a call back fee. He did contact me after the fact and explained why it was necessary. I was satisfied with his explanation. Contractors were both professional, courteous and did respond to my calls with any issues."
