"AVOID THIS CONTRACTOR AT ALL COSTS, HE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY I signed a contract with this contractor at the end of January 2025, and it’s now July 2025, and he has done almost NONE of the work we agreed upon. He is deliberately avoiding all communication and refuses to answer calls, texts, or emails. He took my security deposit of $1900 and has basically disappeared with it. He is not just unprofessional, he is a THIEF and a ROBBER. I have proof of everything: the signed contract, the payments I made, and the endless attempts I’ve made to reach him while he ignores me. If anyone wants proof, I am more than willing to share it. This is not just a bad experience, it’s outright theft. If you value your money and your sanity, stay FAR AWAY from this contractor. He will happily take your deposit or payment and vanish without finishing the job. Do not trust a word he says, he is dishonest, unreliable, and will leave you high and dry. Learn from my experience and avoid getting robbed."

"We worked with Hector on 3 projects recently. He was able to take over a bathroom renovation project that we started, but needed a professional to help finish. He also completely repaired our ceiling under the bathroom as there was a significant amount of water damage that required more attention than just some simple patching. Separately, he repaired multiple rotten window sills we had, fixing the carpentry and then completing all the finishing work around the windows. For the bathroom project, it was fairly difficult work on the ceiling, specifically around the soffits but Hector was able to complete the work quickly and efficiently. He has a good eye for details and he doesn’t rush. He definitely cares about how things are going to look in the end and he takes the right amount of time to do it right, never skipping steps. He’s fair and always does what he says he is going to do. Overall just a really nice guy. We will definitely work with Hector and his team in the future. "

"The overall price was very reasonable for this job. Tylor and his team showed up on time, stayed on schedule, did everything they said they would do and cleaned up quickly. Most importantly they answered all of my questions before, during and after the work. Therefore educating me about this type of remediation and allowing me feel even more confident that we got a good deal and the job was being done right. If i had to be nit picky they could have removed all the staples in the basement but i honestly dont think any company is doing that. "
