"Beware of unfair billing practices. I was quoted a price for a window removal and cleaning job based on approximate dimensions I provided from memory (as I no longer lived at the residence). When the company arrived and found the window was larger than I had estimated, they proceeded with the work without informing me of any price change. I was later emailed an invoice for nearly 3 times the quoted amount ? with no prior approval or notice. This may violate standard fair billing practices and consumer protection laws, which require clear disclosure and consent before altering a quoted price. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this business to anyone who expects honesty and ethical conduct."

The crew for the project were efficient, skilled, and hard-working. In particular, the foreman for the crew, Milton, kept us informed during the project, explained the steps and the process, and generally kept everything on track. One important note is that the internal trim and windows sills needed to match windows that were installed years ago during a renovations and expansion of one part of the house. The sills were custom, not off the shelf, and the team did a great of job of producing them to match. Everything was cleaned up and extraneous material removed at the end of the project."
