They used quality paint - Benjamin Moore Regal Select - and fixed minor wall cracks at no additional charge. They lightly sanded all walls and prepped and taped them to ensure exacting coverage. The job was completed on time for the exact amount contracted, even though some additional paint was necessary. One of the sockets had a problem which ended up just being a breaker switch.
