"Couldn't be happier! Mike fixed my original issue in a timely manner. He -ALSO- corrected an issue w/ an overloaded circuit that I'd made an offhand comment about. I thought it was going to be far more costly than it was. Mike not only fixed both issues with 1 service call, he thoroughly explained what the problem was and how he planned to address it. He was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Trust me, you'll want to take Mike out for Coffee after, he has a magnetic personality and is genuinely helpful. His office manager Kelly is also fantastic and beyond accommodating. I'd rate 6 stars if I could."

"Due to shoddy electrical work in our home since we've been here, a set of 3-way to 4-way to 3-way wall switches were intended to power the light in our front entry hallway. I am not an electrician or electrical engineer, but I understand the concept of this switch arrangement and have successfully replaced a similar switch arrangement elsewhere in our home without any difficulty. We knew that our issue required an expert electrician to diagnose and resolve it. On this date, Steve from Palmer Electric paid a visit to our home to try to solve the problem. After two hours of head scratching and trying different approaches, Steve finally figured out the problem and fixed our issue. We are extremely grateful for Steve's expertise and patience while in our home. I doubt that an inexperienced electrician could have figured this out. We highly recommend Steve and Palmer Electric for home electrical diagnosing and repair."
