They listen, they're creative, and they stay on time and on budget. Zero sales pressure, just great listening skills and expertise. Derek is such a great person to collaborate with - he created a design that brought the yard to life and required little maintenance on our end (I needed something my busy parents didn't have to tend to all the time but still had lots of colors). My parent's front yard went from blah to beautiful in a day. In fact, they just came for the annual maintenance/spring clean-up they offer to all clients.
