They came when they said they would and cleaned up everyday. Jake was the project manager for this job, he is an honorable man and very easy to work with. He was onsite every day from the estimate to the finishing touches. There was constant communication, I knew what the plan was each day and he was always very responsive to any questions. Jake was very collaborative, and his focus was completing the project to our satisfaction. Midway through the work I asked for a couple of changes that were not in the original estimate (storage room and laundry shelving). Zavza added them in at no extra cost. My house is old and presented challenges with regard to the floor and ceiling joists. The crew took the time to do things the right way without shortcuts. Jake came out and worked a full Saturday and Sunday to ensure that the ceiling was right and the project was finished on time. Not many companies take pride in their work like this these days. It was refreshing to see. My basement is now the nicest room in the house. Zavza Seal went above and beyond and I wholeheartedly recommend them."
