Oil Boiler or Radiator Heating System Installation
Terrible. Installed a new boiler and they kept old parts instead of everything being new. They were not clear on anything. Had to keep calling numerous times because boiler not working.

"Customer Asked us for the Best Price. Alot of the Parts around the Boiler was Brand New. I lowered the price and reused the existing components. 1st issue he called; we came out and replaced the existing Feed Valve and didn't charge him. System is Functioning and his 2nd issue is a leak on his existing Mixing Valve. I explained everything and he is holding me responsible, and his proposal (agreed contract) doesn't have the Mixing Valve being replaced; Brand new Boiler w/ Oil Gun and new Boiler Controls. We already did a courtesy with the 1st visit."

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Bait and switch. Requested a 40-gallon tank. Received a 50-gallon tank ( which is cheaper for them) without informing me. The tank was larger width-wise which I never would have agreed to bc my space is cramped. This installation has made my space difficult to access. I was never given an invoice that was promised. I was told I have a warranty. Meaningless since I do not have an invoice. Based on other reviewers, they do not honor the warranty. The owner Roger ignored all my calls once I questioned the incorrect size of my hot water tank. They really do not care about customer service. They want your money and then they disappear. Stay away. They lack professionalism and ethics. It is better you pay more with another company.

"50 Gallon Water Heater is Actually More Expensive than the 40 Gallon Water Heater. We buy our Water Heaters Brand New with every Installation. We are not sitting on Water Heaters. Everything has the Latest Build Date. Customer would have had to Request a 50 Gallon Water Heater. We wouldn't spend Extra Money if they wanted a 40 Gallon. This makes no sense."
